Below are all the Paintings submitted into the Carmel Art Festival
and auctioned off that day.

All images were up by 12NOON on Saturday, May 14, 2011.


How we handled absentee bidding:
  • You send us an email with your bidding information (a special email address will be provided)
  • We place your bid on the Artist's Bid Sheet
  • When/if a higher bid comes in, we will email you to ask if you want to bid higher.
  • Silent Auction is concluded at 6PM
  • If yours is the highest bid, we will call you to conclude the purchase via credit card
  • HOWEVER, paintings with 10 bids during the day will go to LIVE AUCTION.
  • If yours was one, we will call you to ask if you want to participate in the LIVE AUCTION.

    Basic Carmel Art Festival information:
  • Artists are painting Thursday & Friday throughout Monterey.
  • They bring their paintings to CAF on Friday evening.
  • Judging is from 8AM to 10AM on Saturday.
  • Paintings exhibited in Carmel on Mission Street adjacent to Devendorf Park.
  • Silent Auction held Saturday, May 14, 2011 from 10AM to 6PM
  • Live Auction immediately following (for those paintings with 10 Silent Auction bids)
  • Paintings with less than 10 Silent Auction bids, highest bidder is successful bidder.
